The junior Hawks-Flames game was an exciting double-overtime affair that saw both teams squander opportunities to put the game away. The Flames seemed to have the game in hand at the end of regulation until Jeremy Judd drilled a last second 3-point basket to force the first overtime. Breton Richardson's relentless play would make the difference. His composure would help the hawks hold on to a 1 point lead at the end of the second overtime as the Hawks would run out the clock. 38-37

The Senior Hawks head to Prescott-Brockville this weekend to defend their Championship title from last season. The Junior Hawks head to TISS Friday night for a couple of exhibition games.

HAWKS - DEVILS Showdown set again

For the second year in a row, the boys basketball finals will be a showdown between the Red Hawks and the Blue Devils.

The Senior Hawks took down Notre Dame in another tight, hard-fought battle. David Dufort got the team rolling again with some big 3-point shots early.

Leading at the end of the third 30-23, the Hawks would again look for some drama to close out the game. After some big hoops from Brendan Judd attacking the basket, Steve Summers would score the winning basket on a drive from the baseline and the score tied.
